Our health
is very important. We have to respect it and care about it every day.

The most important is breakfast, it gives us energy and power for almost all day.
The best food for breakfast is, for example apple, orange, banana or sandwich
with cheese, ham and vegetables. The worst option is yoghurt, because we will
feel hungry again very soon after dairy.

What we
should eat for dinner are vegetables. We can add small piece of meat and rice
or potatoes. We have to remember, that vegetables have got so many vitamins,
that we don’t need to eat meat at all.
