How to be healthy and feel well?

Our health is very important. We have to respect it and care about it every day.

The most important is breakfast, it gives us energy and power for almost all day. The best food for breakfast is, for example apple, orange, banana or sandwich with cheese, ham and vegetables. The worst option is yoghurt, because we will feel hungry again very soon after dairy.

What we should eat for dinner are vegetables. We can add small piece of meat and rice or potatoes. We have to remember, that vegetables have got so many vitamins, that we don’t need to eat meat at all.

Drink water only before meals or two hours after. It’s good to drink water before, because we kill our first hunger, and we will eat less. Try not to eat many snacks and forget about eating only two meals a day – it is to little.

Try not to fry everything, the boiled or cooked food is healthier. The best is raw food (apart from meat).
